The manual has guidelines for leading six team training meetings that focus on cross-cultural preparation, as well as interpersonal, spiritual and ministry preparation. Stepping Out – A Guide to Short-term Missions and either Culture Smart! or Culture Shock!. The manual also includes instructions for debriefing team members after the team returns home.
