Fourth Quarter

In the game of life, how we play matters. It is the fourth quarter not
the first quarter that defines our legacy. And our legacy will leave
its mark on the generations to come.

Fourth Quarter helps us to realize that how we finish and the
legacy we leave for the kingdom is what ultimately matters. And
that legacy starts right now whether you are a teenager, a young
adult in your twenties or thirties, a midlife person in your forties or
fifties, or even a senior saint at sixty and beyond. Even though you
might be in the fourth quarter of your life, there is still a whole lot
more game to be played for the glory of God.

Here in the fourth quarter we see all that God has deposited into
our lives for the greater good of others and for the maximum glory
of God.

Rev. Dr. Dwight A. Perry is currently the Dean of Faculty/Professor of Homiletics and Leadership at North Park Theological Seminary, Chicago, Illinois.
He has published extensively in the area of practical theology. Dr. Perry speaks and consults on a number of topics including the area of racial and cultural diversity for both not-for-profit and religious settings. Dwight and his wife Cynthia are the proud parents of four adult children and five grandchildren.
